There are many ministries promoting prayer for America. What differentiates American Patriots in Prayer,  and why, with so many other prayer ministries, do you believe another is needed?

That is a great question.

First: There are many excellent ministries calling God's people to prayer for America. Often, but not always, these groups are affiliated with particular denominations or emphases that are not inclusive of all true believers throughout God's diversified church. American Patriots in Prayer is a patriotic prayer ministry calling all true Christians, regardless of their denominational affiliation, to unite together in repentance and fervent prayer. Our teaching is applicable to Roman Catholics as well as to Baptists and to Charismatics, etc.  Our scriptural based teaching is completely non sectarian and can easily be adapted for use in any church setting where believers are willing to gather together to seek God. APIP groups will meet regularly in their respective local church settings or in home prayer groups. These individual APIP groups will meet to pray for America as Methodists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Roman Catholics, Baptists, Mennonites, Independents, etc. Then all of these individual and distinct APIP groups meeting throughout a region will be invited to come together monthly to unite as one in prayer for America. At this monthly regional prayer meeting Christians from many groups and denominations will gather together with united hearts lifting one voice to God as they intercede for national repentance and an American awakening.

Second: Many existing patriotic prayer ministries have two predominant objectives. First, they seek to fulfill the clarion scriptural admonition revealed in I Timothy 2:1-2 "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority...". Second, they emphasize intercession for cultural issues and conservative political causes. In no way are we diminishing the importance of these objectives.  Although we also pray for these very same things, APIP exists to proclaim first and foremost a message of repentance. Without God’s miraculous intervention in response to the nationwide church united in repentance and prayer, political efforts to change the system from within the system are like trying to extinguish hell’s inferno with a squirt gun in one hand while attempting to catch nuclear bombs with a butterfly net held in the other. The battles pro-life activists are winning might deliver the Whitehouse, the Senate and the House of Representatives into the hands of pro-life politicians. As great as political victories are which strengthen the pro-life movement, they cannot win God’s grace to deliver us from the consequences our Country is facing for shedding the innocent blood of fifty million unborn babies. Even if the Supreme Court consisted of a conservative pro-life majority that overturned Roe V. Wade, that in itself would not pardon America from the sentence that justice is demanding for our thirty-four year, national atrocity. Deliverance from the reprehensible curse this holocaust has inflicted upon our Nation is impossible without seeking and finding God's grace that will grant national repentance for America’s blood guiltiness. Changing our laws will not wash away our horrific crimes against innocent humanity.

Third: A message of repentance must be proclaimed throughout the entire church all across America. All church leaders and all believers must hear the word of the Lord. America is facing destruction at the hands of her enemies because we have slaughtered millions of innocent babies. With the shedding of this blood we made a blood covenant with death that has empowered hell to destroy America. There is no judicial ruling or military strategy that can avert the destruction our fallen Christian nation will soon reap. Do we actually think that right wing conservative politics can save us from hell's molten fury? Without national repentance America will be brutally besieged and catastrophically judged. The church of the Living God must fall on her knees and repent for the abomination that has sown the wrath and desolation that an ignorant, unremorseful America is now beginning to reap. God has not forsaken the covenants made between Himself and America’s Christian founding fathers; but America forsook God when our Supreme Court made our blood covenant with hell called Roe V. Wade. For thirty-four brutal years we have walked in that satanic covenant. Daily our covenant with hell is renewed in fresh blood as we sacrifice our sons and daughters in cold blooded murder as offerings to satan on sadistic surgical altars. Abortion is the ultimate idolatry and the vilest form of unrestrained, satanic worship. This covenant with Lucifer sealed with the blood of our children has enthroned death to reign in America. Only deep, national repentance will revoke America’s blood covenant with hell, release us from Satan’s reign of tyranny and restore divine favor to our nation. Fifty million times we have violated God’s law that declares...“Thou shalt not kill”. Only the prayers of the nationwide church  can lead our Country into repentance. Nothing less than sweeping repentance will cleanse us from our appalling, national sin and rescind the terrifying penalty our wickedness has sown. American Patriots in Prayer realizes that repentance for our slaughter provides the only authentic hope for the rebirth of One Nation Under God. Our objective is nothing less than Divine intervention leading to an American awakening. A spiritual awakening would soon lead our reprobate court back to judicial sanity. It would usher in the dawning of a cultural restoration and birth the promise of a political reformation. Therefore, praying for national repentance is our primary calling and the unwavering focus of American Patriots in Prayer.

Fourth: American Patriots in Prayer is a ministry that does more than declare the need for prayer by distributing materials that encourage believers to pray. Although our materials are moving and inspirational even more importantly our prayer meetings are graced with Divine power. Our teaching is biblical and scholarly and our praying is spiritual and practical. With the help and support of local church leaders, we are planting and organizing APIP prayer groups all across America. Our APIP leaders travel to and live temporarily in regions where pastors, intercessors, and other church leaders have committed themselves to this great cause. These local leaders assist us by giving of their time while they use their influence and invest their spiritual gifts and ministry resources to advance this mission of national prayer. This ministry is financed by the sacrifice and generosity of those Patriots in Prayer who understand how valuable this ministry is and how costly it will be if our Nation does not repent. As believers give their time, their talent and their treasure we are enabled to work together with them to establish intercessory prayer groups for America throughout their region. These groups are being established as APIP leaders lead weekly meetings with foundational instruction followed by prayer. Our method consists of a biblical curriculum, followed by inspirational demonstration that is reinforced as everyone in attendance is encouraged to participate. This proven biblical strategy not only moves people's hearts to pray....it moves the hand of God to answer those prayers.  APIP leaders spend twelve weeks establishing each APIP prayer group. The new groups are scheduled to meet on different nights. As an example group one meets on Monday. Group two meets on Tuesday etc. This enables each APIP leader to work with as many as six individual prayer groups throughout a city or region simultaneously.
